What would you like people to know about you?
Looking for balayage, tone on tone bronde (blonde brown), or silver blending? How about a curly shag or a texture wave? I have the knowledge (35 years) and experience with these techniques as well as the understanding of the products you need to create these looks. Always into the newest product or colour education class, as well as braids, updos and men’s hair.
What can guests expect when they visit the salon?
I have a variety of interests, so clients can expect lively conversation and my full attention for the time you are in my chair. I love this industry for its ability to address fashion changes, produce an idea, and ask us to work with clients to create the look they want. LOVE.
What’s your favourite beauty trend of all time?
Shag, the wilder the better.
What’s one thing you cannot live without?
Dirt. I love it in my hands, the smell of it, digging in it and planting beautiful things. Oh ya, and cooking shows. Can’t get enough of those either.
When not at work, where can people expect to find you?
I am big time into fitness, food and local events, and keep my eyes and ears open for new exciting things happening in Saskatoon. So if I am not here, I may be teaching a fitness class, finding new trails to explore or taking in an event going on in my community. If I am at home, I am in my garden cultivating my green thumb, in my kitchen creating something for my family or coworkers, or snuggled up with my two felines.
